Agave spirits

Tequila and mezcal are both made from agave plants in Mexico. Tequila is made specifically from blue agave, mostly in the Jalisco region. Mezcal can be made from many different agave varieties and has a smokier, more complex character. At One Tap we focus on craft producers — smaller batches, better ingredients, more interesting bottles.

Detroit style pizza

Detroit-style pizza is baked in a rectangular steel pan, giving it a thick, crispy crust with a light, airy inside. The cheese goes all the way to the edges and caramelizes against the pan. Sauce on top. It's the opposite of thin crust and twice as good. And yes, we make everything from scratch, dough included. We only make a limited batch each day, so once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Mission style burrito

The mission burrito comes from the Mission District in San Francisco — a big, fully loaded burrito wrapped tight in foil. Everything goes in: rice, beans, meat, avo sauce, pico de gallo, cheese.
